Nice location close to everything in town and large grassy area. Well-equipped units with comfy beds.

Fairly clean hotel with very very helpful and extremely helpful staff at reception desk. Marvellous and very very good breakfast to start the day with packaged Oreos yes Oreo cookies and good coffee and bananas.

Nice base for travelling to Nanaimo and exploring local places. Continental breakfast with plenty of healthy meals to choose from. Super friendly employees at reception desk, newly decorated and well laid out room.

We spend 1 night in Nanaimo lovely. Peaceful and perfect location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a very nice area.

The location of the hotel is marvellous, really close to a lake with all rooms having a view, and the ferry back to Vancouver. It offers superb service.

Generally, enjoyed this friendly accommodation with WONDERFUL stuff at reception desk. Got incredibly comfortable room with great view. The location was stunning and pleasant - next to the centre, large property beautiful gardens, and the outskirts of Nanaimo. I found Montana's Bbq & Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue. No reason to complain, the hotel met the purpose.

I was given huge and reasonably large room with comfy beds and beautiful view. Booked it for $ 233. The staff was super-friendly and exceptionally nice.

Its location was quiet and unbeatable, to close-by restaurants, and in an extra comfy area. The service was exceptional, including a marvellous breakfast with yogurt, gluten-free bread and cooked protein.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. First, the value for money was excellent - we felt like we got a lot for what we paid. The prices were reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. Our room was large and had an updated bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location on a lake with a lovely view gave it a peaceful, rural feel. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view each morning, especially since our room was on the ground floor. The breakfast served at the hotel was included in our stay and had a good consistency of choices, including warm food options. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the items available, making it a great start to our day.

All was satisfactory, no improvement needed.

The room was very clean and tidy, equipped with modern features like an electronic key card, a study desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and the staff provided excellent service.
